A journey, not a destination

Being on a love journey is not an easy thing. It seems like it should be second nature to love, but love is not simple. It's complex and it requires a risk of everything. Past, present and future. And you can't love everybody the same. But in learning to love God, I learn to love me, and loving others becomes so much easier. I am so blessed to be on this journey with a man that loves God and is willing to grow in love. Because, just as our life together is a journey, so is our love.
